Welcome! I'm Dr. Kara Kenderish, a licensed clinical psychologist located in Binghamton, NY. I currently provide services via telehealth to individuals located anywhere in New York State.
With 5 years of experience as a clinical psychologist working in various college counseling centers, I've grown to love working with young adults and early career professionals on a multitude of issues that arise during that time in life. Given this experience, navigating life transitions, managing stress, working through relationship concerns, and coping with anxiety and depression are a few areas of psychology that are have become my expertise.

Though working with college students is a particular niche of mine, I'm happy to be able to offer my psychological services to all individuals ages 16 and up. I enjoy working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and, as a psychologist, I recognize the importance of multicultural factors in shaping how one interacts with and experiences the world. With the ongoing changes in the world, it's important to have a therapist who can help you adapt to those changes. One way in which I have recently helped my clients adapt is through offering services via telehealth. It has become an important and efficient way to offer therapy in our ever changing world.
